You could also expand it slightly to dessert themed if cake is a bit too limiting!
Then you could have cuties like pumpkin pie or tiramisu!
This was also on the table, as many cakes tend to have more feminine names!
Still no further on names, but the glutton is almost finished digesting his massive meal.
Well, I’ve only got three girls from Sylvie’s clutch left that need names and then they’ll all be named. After that I have to come up with names for all 11 of Pineapple’s ![]()
I love naming them even if I don’t usually put a whole lot of thought into it. ![]()
I kinda hate it because I’m such a perfectionist that things have to fit. Which is why I’m now stuck on the last few females.
Okay, they have names! I’ll get photos tomorrow, but for now the girls are: Castella, Madeleine, Pudding, Bonbon, Bingsu, and Quin. The boys are Cheesecake (the glutton), Licorice, Gelato, and Jimmie.
That is perfect!!!
Photo time! First batch is Bingsu, Gelato, Jimmie, and Madeleine:
Then there’s Bonbon, Castella, Quin, and Licorice:
Wondering where Pudding and our glutton Cheesecake are? Both decided to be in blue, so I’m leaving them be until they shed.
Managed to grab some not great photos of Sienna’s clutch before it started pouring. In order we have Scarlet, Poppy, Auburn, Vermillion, and Chestnut:
Beautiful juvies!
Love Bonbon, Quin and Bingsu so cute
Won’t lie, those three are definitely my favorite girls of the clutch. I’ve decided Quin is 100% staying here. With Palmettos being my first ever breeding goal, I can’t not keep her at this point.
24/26 fed tonight. Only two who didn’t take meals were Cheesecake (still digesting and in blue) and Madeleine (she has only ever taken one meal). I weighed Cheesecake for kicks and giggles this afternoon. I know he hasn’t pooped yet, so not an accurate weight, but he was 5.1g pre-gluttony, 8.1g post and with a week of digesting.
Good numbers! I’m having issues. I need to acquire anoles soon.
What morph is this gorgeous critter? I love those deep brick reds!
I think she might be Het Palmetto, otherwise just a wild type.
Wow! I didn’t know normals were so gosh darn pretty, I’m so used to seeing the morphs!
They are incredibly underrated! While if she is Het Palmetto, that can brighten her a bit, that’s still just mostly a variant of natural coloration. I’ve got a couple of adult normals that are just gorgeous.
I imagine my first snake will be a corn, and man I wasn’t even considering a normal because of all the morphs, but I sure am now!
