I’ve been steering interested parties in other directions in case I hear from you about her. She’s going to be amazing. ![]()
Thanks! This is her older bro Freakie at the same approximate stage. I think she’s going to look just like him. Looks like the same snake! ![]()
Looks like you left Popover’s nose in the toaster just a shade too long. So cute! (Her name always makes me hungry and nostalgic. Had an aunt who used to make me apple popovers when I was a kid.)
To me her dirty nose makes her look like she has a duck bill. ![]()
She’s named due to my nostalgia for my mom’s eggy popovers!
My nostalgia for those popvers is all about the love served with them and how special she made me feel. They were nearly always a bit too, shall we say, duck billed?

When I go for a corn I might need to go with a peppermint combo, I love their look!
Wow, Piperita is stunning. I love her coloring. First thing that came to mind when I saw her picture was Christmas!
Very nice! I really like the Peppermints who keep those redder tones in their markings as they grow. You know I’m a Stripe lover, but it seems like it’s hard to find a Peppermint Stripe with what I’d call nice color. Piperita is wonderful!! ![]()
I got her from Carol Huddleston at Low Belly Reptiles, and she said she was the best and most complete peppermint stripe she’d ever hatched. ![]()
Her sister is really pretty too.
Very, um, tasty! (Okay, I’m feeling more goofy than usual - and that’s saying something!) I’m kinda keeping half an eye open for a male Peppermint het Sunkissed or Peppermint Shatter with good color. I was looking more actively prior to the hatching season. My project lists are currently pretty full, but you know how that goes!
Wow, Freakie (poor little guy, what a name!l) has a lot of color. I love Louise. ![]()
Hah! His clutch was breakfast cereal themed. But the name IS terrible. Louise was Grapenut. Even worse!

Lol gee, I must have somehow missed the Freakies era. From the look of that box, I think I’m glad.

The establishment had Cap’n Crunch, and the counterculture had Freakies. They tasted exactly the same. ![]()
