I think there is good evidence that you have about 24 hours that you can reposition eggs without affecting the hatch rate. I’m not sure about the effects of them being vertical like that.

supposedly there is research that egg position (or more importantly, where the embryo attaches) does not matter. The only thing that matters is not rotating it after the embryo attaches.

You can just leave them like that. I don’t seperate my eggs I just leave them how they were laid. it does not affect them at all to leave them that way. Congrats on your 3rd clutch
