hey everyone, my husband and I are looking into starting breeding and we were wondering if anyone knows anything about if you need a breeding licence of any kind and if so where and how to get one. thanks in advance!

I’m pretty sure husbands and wives don’t need a breeding license in any country. Which is unfortunate because there are many people that shouldn’t be reproducing, ever.

I don’t think so. In the US there isn’t any restrictions. Canada may be different but as long as it’s ok to keep them then it should also be ok to breed them.
Welcome to the community @srehberg. Every place is different. I suggest reaching out to fellow ball python breeders from Nova Scotia like Scotia Serpents or Dinah-Mite Pythons and ask if they needed any special permit/license to breed ball pythons.
