Definitely contact support@morphmarket.com

Just in case I will also take @eaglereptiles and @brittni-admin because this should not be allowed by any means.

It appears that the seller may have violated MorphMarket TOS, so definitely report them.

Would you be willing to share the date that you received the animal, and if the Seller’s Store Policy had any guarantees regarding health, hatchling animals, or anything related to the issue your dealing with?

@duskglow This is all info they will need to share with support, it’s their call, not ours.

@dees88
This snake is very small by ball python standards. Are they still active and alert?
And can you share the photo so we can see the current body condition. My advice will be tailored to the snake’s appearance, but as a warning I do feel you may need to get a vet involved

Yes he’s fine he’s alert,active but will not eat .
I offer him food everyday just to make sure. Hopefully he will take it but yes I will send a picture.

I was not referring to your post in any way shape or form! I was talking about nitpicking and pointing fingers at the breeder. I thought your post/comment was totally informative and way more than I could ever come up with. I was thinking “I wish I could have posted this”!

I often tend to jump the gun here. Just ask anyone here. So again, no slam against you in any way @duskglow!

@dees88
Can you please confirm this info as well:
The age of the snake
The temps in the enclosure and the hot spot
How you’re measuring the heat
What you are using for heat

This is all very important to know for feeding issues along with the photo of the snake

Holy C**P. That’s all I’m gonna say!

Thanks for the reminder, but I’m well aware it’s their call. I’m not attempting to hijack support. Understanding these situations can help others navigate similar issues, especially when it comes to store policies and timelines. But you’re right, asking a question on a discussion forum is a bold move. Appreciate the oversight, though.

@dees88 Thank you for sharing. I’d like to add a couple more resources to those I posted earlier that might be helpful for future purchases, especially regarding timelines, the Statute of Limitations, Seller membership levels, and Store Policies.

I hope your next experience is much better. This platform has a lot to offer and many great people who want to ensure you have a positive experience.

What Buyers Can Expect

Totally agree on this. By this time a reptile vet may very well need to get some kind of nutrition into this little guy. Again I want to say more but I am practicing some diplomacy……

I’m going to need everyone to keep this thread on topic and stop with the pointed replies, please. At this point the potential TOS violation needs to be handled by contacting support. This thread is about a feeding issue and helping the OP with that.

I don’t know the snake age .I asked the breeder he doesn’t know either. (A slap in the face for me too )

I was looking at other options (bp)because I wasn’t getting much information out of him. He was the only available albino at the time. ( my price range) So I went for it.

Hot are 85
Heat mat/and lamp having the lamp on makes the temperature go up even more .

Is this the hot spot/basking spot or the air temperature?

The hot spot can be bumped up to 88, but the air temperature should stay at 85 at most.

The body condition for this little one actually looks okay from this photo. Are they in the habitat beneath them?
How long is the habitat?
