Miss Raisinet shed the other night! I forgot to snap a picture while I had her out (she had a bit of retained shed that I had to get off), but here is one of her last night chilling out in her skull hide.
Ha, she looks like the pupil in the eye!
Awwwwww. She is playing “I (Eye) Spy”! Has she eaten for you yet?
That’s so cute! Her skull looks like a fun sort of baby snakey play palace.
haha the I Spy joke is great, well done!
I’m feeding her this afternoon when I feed Arthas, so we’ll see if she eats. She’s been exploring more in the evenings since she shed so I’m pretty sure she’s hungry.
Sounds good. Soon she’ll have a mouse belly for ya, Emma.
Oh yeah we love those mouse bellies!
Fully tummy pic incoming! Raisinet snarfed down her mouse for me tonight. I was also able to get a pretty decent picture of her, too!
Oh she looks really nice after her shed! She suddenly got so much frosting in the saddles! Glad she ate without issue!
Hey guys Miss Turnip is in FULL blue eyes and gray body and she scarfed her fat pinky down ANYWAY! She is an eating machine! I thought about taking a picture of her but I didn’t want to rock the boat!
Daikon and Fanny ate again as well. I thought Little Dot was going to get Turnip’s pink but not today! Only Daikon refused a meal one time but ate 2 days later.
My sweet little corn babies just put a on my face every time I look at them! Daikon is still a little wavy but she is growing and getting better!
Hooray for Miss Raisinet! Remember the little purple raisins on that cereal commercial that sang “Heard It Through The Grapevine”?
What a happy set of updates about all the babies! Makes me smile all over.
My little buddy Rolo has found a home! He’s still insisting on only eating boiled pinkies, so he’ll need a little special treatment for a while, but I know he’ll get with the program sooner or later. I’m quite fond of this little guy, despite his initial feeding troubles, so I’m gonna miss him when he goes!
And Wrigley really needed some updated photos too. So does Smartie, but one of my lamps died, so he’ll have to wait. Wrigley’s red factor is now visibly apparent. He’s getting a good amount of yellow along the neck too. Should be pretty colorful as an adult.
I’m so grateful that you’re trusting Rolo to me, Olivia! I’m very excited to welcome him home. The pictures you took are amazing! Is it just me or is there a bit of reddish to his stripes?
I’m more than happy to send him to you! He’s one of my favorites, so I’ll be happy to see updates on him occasionally. And yes, he does have a subtle reddish tone in his darker grays.
Awwwww. So long Rolo! I’m sure he will be well taken care of! I frankly don’t see how you can part with ANY of them! But it’s good that you do because otherwise I would not have Little Dot, Turnip and Daikon!
Well congratulations to you and what a happy event! I so so happy for you and Rolo as well! I’m crossing fingers that you won’t have to wait as long to get him as you did Raisinet!
Such cute little babies! Rolo has such pretty markings. He’s bound to grow up handsome. I know Rolo is going to be well cared for with @metalheadreptiles.
Congratulations, Emma!
It’s interesting to see the development of Red Factor appearing on Wrigley. I definitely see pink tones now. He’s going to be quite lovely.
