Has anyone else experienced being blocked from the app and other services? I keep getting a webpage saying I’ve been blocked and I can’t access the app at all. It’s very weird and I can’t seem to contact support at all!

is anyone else getting a Sorry, you have been blocked screen? From a company called Cloudfare. I can log on the computer and navigate the site until I go to support then get the Block. Deleted the app and re loaded it and as soon as IK tap the app I get the Blocked. Ive never had a problem on the site. Ive purchased many snakes and never had an issue???
Admin no one answers the phone.

This usually happens when there is an attempted DDoS attack.
@eaglereptiles @john may have more info but if they are dealing with something on the backside they may be more focused there than here

Just to be clear what happened here, our site was attacked and we went into high security mode.
We resolved the issue within 30 minutes and it should be operating normally now. Sorry for any withdrawals you may have suffered
