Boa Constrictors!

Cv anery 1 is a stay white kinda gene

@xenosapien So, in theory, the one I linked from MorphMarket should stay white as it matures?

@eorr53 I really lke regular Snows as well, but VPI T+ Snowglows with those dark speckles look absolutely gorgeous. Those little dark spots are adorable—almost like freckles on a snake.

I’m not sure if I’m getting the right impression since I’ve never seen them in person, but do adult regular Snows end up looking almost the same as adult just Albinos?

For you @tommccarthy! I think she needs a future date with the VPI IMG Labyrinth. What say you?

No it already has yellowing allready it has to state (cv anery 1 ) or
The RDR Black-Eyed Anery (BEA) gene is the primary anerythristic morph in boas that prevents them from yellowing as they age.

Those anery are known to stay white most anery turn yellow that i know of
But it isnt bad i like the yellowing allot myself

I finally had the opportunity to get some decent shots of the new guy. He also wasn’t tucking his tail the whole time and it’s quite a tail!

Eric I really love the contrast in that guy’s tail. Fantastic looking color reminds me of a nice Suriname tail. I know this guy is not a Suriname.

Wow he is extraordinary! That tail :heart_eyes::heart_eyes:

I almost bought a Moonglow :last_quarter_moon_face:boa today. The only thing that stopped me was that it didn’t have the proper paperwork for CITES registration (I like to sleep soundly). What a shame! I remember before I bought my first snake, Zarinka, the breeder told me, “You won’t just have one boa anyway.” I was offended back then, but he was right.

Had a few boas out today. First is my 2025 female BCI albino. I like her square tail saddles.

Next is my 2025 male striped tail BCI.

Last is my 2024 BCI female.
