Clutch 2021-7 dropped today - almost 5 WEEKS after she was due to lay.
Bamboo het clown x pastel clown.
6 eggs, 3 have weak veins. Hoping for the best. Will update as I go.

Well I hope they all make it for you! Very interesting pairing! And I removed the idea of a due date from my brain a minute ago. Was pulling out to much hair!

65 days just seems ridiculous!! I wasn’t counting anymore until she laid. Lol

Anything over 30 seems ridiculous to me. Unfortunately my gals tend to disagree lol.

Update on this clutch. No survivors 
4 of the 6 went bad before due date, the last 2 were badly kinked.

Do you think it had to do with the late lay date or an incubation problem?
Likely due to the late laying… I haven’t had any other issues like this with other clutches.
