I’d say he is a yellow (Could be olive, my phone is on night mode so it’s hard to tell) dalmation (possibly red spots also), harlequin with portholes. Most Cresties have fringing along the hind limbs so I don’t tend to mention it, but yes it also has fringing.
I love his dorsal, I got my Crestie Cinnamon because of his dorsal which is similar shape

Yellow harlequin dalmation.
The yellow is duller due to age, paired to the right female you can get some stunning yellows!
