Did I accidentally make a Firebold?

I mixed a Bold Stripe male and a Tangerine female and got two babies. One looks exactly like the mother (straight tangerine) but the other is more vibrant but doesn’t have quite the striping of the father. I saw that Tangerine and Bold makes Firebold, I wasn’t sure if Bold Stripe was the same.

Edit: Here are mom and dad

The second baby is probably going to loose a lot of color as it ages. The purples will fade and only the darker spots will be there. So more like a hypo tangerine instead of a super hypo

Firebold is a line of bold tangerines. So unless the tangerine was from those lines it shouldn’t be called firebold. Like how Pepsi and Coke are similar but not the same. Some people won’t care, but serious collectors or breeders will expect it to be the right lineage.

You can say that they are the offspring from a super hypo tangerine CT and a bold patterned gecko. And let the buyer decide what they think

A little history blurb as well from Morphipedia:

The Pepsi/Coke analogy actually was very helpful. Thanks!
