Do these look like leopard pieds?

these are some pied babies from our most recent clutch! mom was sold to me as just a pied 66% het vpi, and some of her babies inherited her pattern and look to be leopard maybe?

She doesn’t look leopard, dad?

Banana pied looks leopard, and the third, pos second also.
Loving them, so pretty :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

Mother looks like a low white pied so I’m guessing that the father was leopard-coral glow/ banana. 2-3 look like a leopard mix and pied. 1 looks like possibly like the father plus pied. Not knowing what father was means I’m just going off pictures posted.

i didn’t post dad because he is extremely high white. just his head, one saddle, and his tail tip.

So the leopard is hidden if it’s him!

Any help with these ones?

Honestly I’m not that good with leopard and pied lol. Pied is super hard to me to identify additional genes in besides obvious ones. I would say no on leopard but again not my specialty.

thanks for your insight guys!

I don’t see Leopard in any of the photographed snakes above. The mother of that clutch is absolutely gorgeous! Low white pieds are underrated in my opinion and she’s a stunner. Nice clutch and congrats.

thank you so much  regardless of theyre leopard or not, i’m still extremely proud of them! they just came out of the egg and i thought they looked pretty funky, so was just curious if something was lingering in there.

No worries. Hatchlings right out of the egg at times can look funky and be suspicious of what they actually are. After their first shed most questions will be cleared up and their true expression will be revealed. They look healthy and I’d be proud. Work with what you love( I love Pieds!) and you’ll never be dissatisfied :+1:. Again well done, it’s a big deal to have a successful clutch. Whether you’ve done it hundreds of times or just a few. Always good to see more people having success in that area of reptile keeping.

that’s definitely something i’ve grown to learn!

it was my first season and i was very lucky and grateful that that girl laid 7 good eggs, and all of them made it to term!

for this next season i am crossing my fingers for another successful breeding crusade. definitely an awesome hobby and i’m happy to be apart of it  thanks for the kudos!

My first season didn’t go that well way back when lol. And anytime, always good to hear people enjoying what they created and being proud of it. Takes a lot of work.
