I assume you’re asking for ball pythons. Start offering food about 1 week after shed. Give them mouse hoppers.

After their first shed in 4-5 days they’ll have a small bowel movement. It will mostly be liquid and urate. After you see that you can start to offer but as mentioned above, it’s fine to wait 7-10 days post shed.

I start attempting feeding as soon as they shed. Most will take right away I don’t wait a week after shed. And I try rat pinkies first then mouse hoppers. I space out my feeding attempts if they don’t eat give them 3 or 4 days before you try again. Give it time as they can go awhile without eating as long as the absorbed the yolk sac. Big rat pinkies almost fuzzies not tiny rat pinkies for clarifications lol
