So here is what I have so far. Any ideas and what else to add before next week (besides food dishes). A 2 month old will be in here - currently 5.8 grams

Actually you need way more coverage as well as climbing provisions at the top of the enclosure. Gargs are arboreal so they will spend the majority of the time climbing higher up. Your tank is way too bare at the top.

this is a baby, I’m minimizing the space as it doesn’t need the 36 tall-

I’m not sure I understand what you mean but babies climb as well. My gargoyle as a baby would always be at the top of the enclosure only coming down at night to explore. The rest of the time he stayed hidden at the top under the cover of the fake foliage. I only recommended this because you asked if there was anything else you should include besides food dishes.
I’m going to tag @autumngeckos and @cmsreptiles Neither of them have gargs but they are quite knowledgeable regarding arboreal geckos. Unless I’m missing something the concept is the same. If I’m incorrect I apologize in advance….

My understanding of the Gargoyle Gecko’s native range is that they are more heavily focused in rocky shrublands of Southern Grand Terre than other New Caledonian species such as Crested Geckos (which I also learned recently through research are not canopy dwellers like I originally thought they were, but actually more mid-level tree/shrubbery dwellers). These shrublands are also prone to frequent wildfires leaving the flora these Geckos reside in damaged and sometimes barren.
While they are specifically found in this range I still wouldn’t dismiss their nature to climb.
The fact that the Gargoyle Gecko is a baby adds even more to the need of coverage, not just climbing space, which the enclosure is lacking at the top end. Without adequate coverage the gecko may develop stress related symptoms- such as refusal to eat.

it looks beautiful! seems to be great for a baby, but as it ages i would suggest some changes, but thats probably not for a while, if it was me though i would move the cyptanthus to that suspended pot on the wall, because they like to hide in it, other than that, looks great!
