Also I mean this in the kindest way possible, but there are so many cool things in this hobby, it is easy to flit from one animal to another as something new sparks your interest. This is even more of a challenge for someone as young as you are, you’re basically primed to explore new things!
But leaving old things behind while exploring new things in this case means neglecting animals you already have.

Quite honestly I would put the skink plans aside JUST FOR NOW, and focus all that wonderful energy on the reptiles you do have! This will increase your skills in the hobby and show you a more realistic side of caring for many animals at the true level they require, and then later when you are more truly ready, start looking into skinks again

Edit to add: you also have some potentially large life transitions ahead of you (going off to college, entering the work force, or moving into your own place), and it may benefit you to keep a smaller collection like your 2 beardies so the transition isn’t as major for you AND the animals

Those are 100% wild caught imports. Wild caught animals are unhealthy and imported I’m bulk making them “cheaper” seeming even though it will probably much more once vet bills are factored in. There are tons of websites like this that claim to have CB animals but it is all lies.

What are the temperatures for the hot and cold side? You really need to figure that out because you have no clue what they are without a thermometer.
Humidity should be around 30-40%

When was the last time you changed out the UVB for them?

Do you have room for the new enclosures now? If not you should still get them so you have them
and all the supplies you need sooner rather than later.

Here’s a list of stuff you need:
The enclosures (4x2x2 foot, 120 gallons)
UVB fixtures that span at least the half the length of the enclosure (so 24 inches)
14% uvb bulbs (need to change them every 6 months), Substrate (paper towels work fine, better than reptile carpet, can also use or a proper loose substrate mix if your dragons are perfectly healthy and have perfect care elsewhere)
Calcium and multivitamin powder to dust your feeders
At least 2 hides for each enclosure (one on hot side one on cool)
Other enrichment
Thermometers (I have two thermometers in the enclosure and a thermometer gun for checking specific spots)
Salad and water bowls for both enclosures

I’m sure you already have some of that stuff but you definitely need to get everything you don’t have.

Here’s a picture of my dragon’s enclosure. It’s a pretty old picture from when i first switched him to bioactive but it shows basically what you need.

that does depend on the brand though. For ZooMed it should be changed every 6 months but Arcadia bulbs only need changed once a year

I have Arcadia and I change every six months because i had a bad experience where one stopped producing UVB before that year mark and Draco got a swollen foot and couldn’t walk very well, so i just say six months to be safe.

Oh really? I haven’t heard of that happening before. But yeah definitely good to be safe rather than sorry!

Noted, never heard of that website anyway
