Help identifying possible genetics

Hi I bought this guy off of craigslist today and wanted help identifying possible genes.

Also original owner definitely did not take good care of him because his vent is swollen. Any advice on what I should do to help him before I can get him to a vet?

Not sure on the morph combo, but definitely see a vet if that’s what his cloaca looks like - that looks like a prolapse to me, not swelling.
