I would not recommend a ve-100 thermostat. VE-100 is not a proportional thermostat. I would recommend at least using a VE-200.

I stand corrected lol. I thought it was well I use the 100 and it has been working fine for me.
On the bright side if it doesn’t give you the best results and you end up replacing it you can pretty much never have too many thermostats, I’m sure you’d find another use for it soon enough
