That would be a prolapse I’ve never had one on a lizard but I’ve had some snakes done it before and you have to take it to a vet ASAP

I’d guess the “work in fee” is likely similar to an urgent care or emergency fee, often utilized when pets are squeezed in in between other scheduled appointments

That’s a pretty reasonable cost for all that was done. (Just so that your mother-in-law knows.) Kudos to her for going to bat for her cham! :baseball:

I hope she healed well. Over the years, I’ve had several of my geckos get egg-bound. Most recently, my 18-year old gecko Mew, and she recovered well from surgery.
