That’s a nice Banded Albino. Despite what some people may tell you, the different lines of Albinism can not be reliably told apart visually, only from test breeding, so I won’t hazard a guess.

Could you get better pictures in better lighting? This guide should help with pictures.
I agree that it seems to be an albino, but better pictures would help say for certain.
