Hey everyone. I got this hognose in a trade and I’m wondering if anyone can help identify the morph as I don’t know much about that aspect of snakes. Thank you!

Looks like a standard wild type, to me, though I’m not the most experienced with Hognose IDs. Also, I’d suggest not holding him like that second photo, they need to be fully supported because they don’t grip like other colubrids.

It is also a male judging by the tail.

I don’t think I have ever seen a wild type hog! That guy is cool!
Actually any snake should be supported in the hand/hands, to make sure it feels secure and not feel as if it’s going to fall……
