Does a difference in headstamp within the same clutch meaningful? Got these 4 and at first they all looked the same but now notice differences in headstamps and dorsals. Educate me please! looking up examples on MM only confused me more. Had dreams of a 3X super with this clutch.
Female: S.Enchi + S.Pastel + Leopard
Male: S.Enchi + S.Pastel + Leopard + Fire
The first one looks like it has leopard. 3rd one might as well, might be fire making it look less busy.
You can’t tell the difference between a super leopard and leopard. You’ll most likely need to shed test them for it.
I have heard that it is impossible to get two or more Supers in the same snake? I love the look of supers and I would love to combine Supers if that is possible.
It’s not possible to get two supers in the same complex. But you can get more than 2 supers. It’s just difficult without a pairing like this.
For example, with super enchi, you can’t get a super cinnamon because they’re allelic.
If you have a super yellow belly you can’t have a super gravel. You can absolutely have yellow belly and gravel though for a highway.
I’m not an expert, but all of these little ones really look Leopard to me. Perhaps you got a little lucky! To be fair, with Leopard in both mom and dad you wouldn’t have to get terribly lucky to hit four Leopards - it’s a 66% chance for each baby to get at least one copy of Leopard in this case, right?
Also, since a Super Leopard looks just like a Leopard, could it be possible that one of the parents is a Super Leopard? Just a thought!
