Is my scale broken or is there smt wrong with my crestie?

I think my scale is broken, on one day it said he was 5.63 grams, and the next, it said he was 4.23 grams, Do you think its my scale, or the gecko?

Hard to say, but they can drop quite a bit of weight after they poop though, especially when they’re still small lol

Are you sure it’s measuring in grams and not something like ounces?
Edited to add: just realized that would be a ridiculous weight for a Crestie in oz.

If it’s definitely in grams, then as noted by @autumngeckos, likely just normal weight fluctuations.

I keep a cheep calibration weight next to my scale. It is the only way to know it is not drifting out of accuracy. Try new batteries as that can be an issue
