So I have multiple balls pythons but just recently a Blood python to my collection, she eats great and is an awesome snake temperament wise but I noticed she had a hard lump above her anus and idk if this is normal for bloods or not, she just recently shed and has not used the bathroom and I’m feeding her a small rat weekly looking for advice from someone with more experience with Bloods/Short tails

Bloods do tend to hold onto urates and stool for quite a while. But they can also sometimes develop constipation from the urates.
If she just finished shedding she should hopefully be passing stools soon. You can try giving her a shallow lukewarm bath to see if the swimming motions can get things moving a bit more.
I haven’t worked with them, so that’s about all of the knowledge regarding that I can offer… But while waiting for the blood keepers to pop on let’s try and get a little more info for them-
How long have you had her so far?
What are the temps like in her enclosure?
Humidity?

She definitely has some calcified urates. That’s definitely what the lump is. You need to get her into a nice warm bath asap. While she’s in the bath you should gently palpate the area where the urate is. It may take a few soaks with the palpitations but she will eventually release the urate and a bunch of poop will follow. Trust me!
This is common in bloods no matter how perfect your husbandry is. Mine boy outgrew this urate problem eventually….. so don’t stress!
