I had a hognose many years ago (when they were much cheaper and the only morph available was albino!), and I’ve been dying to get another one ever since. This little guy got posted by a local breeder and I felt like I just had to go get him.
He’s still in the settling in phase, so I haven’t gotten to handle him yet, but I’m looking forward to it!

Eeee! I’m so jealous- he is absolutely adorable!! Hognose have so much character, I always enjoy watching them and hope to one day have one of my own.

OMG! So adorable! I keep boas and pythons but would love a hog. I think breeding him wouldn’t be a bad idea, as I think hognoses are very high in demand with not so much supply (compared to other species)
So it’s easy to find good owners, easy to care for, small, easily handled etc. Regardless, even just as a new friend he is too cute and amazing!!
