I rescued two leopard geckos to rehabilitate in the beginning of May and they have done excellent on their recovery! But I would love to know their genetics when they go to their forever home!
What do you guys think?
The first one is Hercules and other people I’ve talked to think he is a Mack Snow. The second one is Thor and other people I’ve talked to think he is a Hypo Tangerine.
Can you get pictures of them showing their body and tail? It’s hard to tell from the pictures but the first might be a normal and it’s hard to tell on the second without better pictures.

But by these pictures alone I would say normal on your first and maybe high yellow on the second. Without seeing the number of spots on the back, I can’t really say anything about the hypo. The generally accepted numbers I’ve seen thrown around are 5-10 is hypo and less than 5 is super hypo. The color is maybe something people considered tangerine 15 or more years ago… but by modern standards it’s very pale looking here.
It looks like a normal for the first and a hypo for the second.
