Those are really beautiful! Excellent diffusion, and beautiful healthy! Congratulations! ![]()
It sure does give them that interesting look!
That granite too I believe has proved ember out for hypo! There should be plenty more babies out soon too! The granite hatched out at 9g and the blood at 8g so they are both a very healthy weight!
Oh, yeah! That’s what we used to call a Ghost Blood back in the day. Babies’ coloring does change with their first shed, but that one looks waaay too light for Granite.
I believe I’ve also seen plenty of hypo blood heads in this clutch too! The babies I’ve seen from this clutch so far all just look amazing!
Really nice! Great diffusion on these babies. Love the ghost bloodred!
That’s the classic, ruby pupil. It’s caused by reduced melanin in the retina and is seen with Hypo morphs. Lavenders often have it too, Hypo or not. That will sometimes turn darker as they grow and deposit more pigmentation, but some have it through life. Nice image!
That makes a lot of sense then! Thank you for the explanation!
From the looks of things I think a second one might have pipped!
Congratulations on some lovely babies! Love the ruby pupils too!!! ![]()
And another baby has come out of its egg! A little hypo bloodred and they just look amazing! Also weighing 8g!
Fantastic Hypo Blood! I hatched quite a few of them centuries ago, but this one will be nicer than any I hatched. ![]()
Thank you! I appreciate that a lot
. It’s really going to be a nightmare deciding which ones to keep back as holdbacks. The babies in this clutch are just beautiful!
Wow, incredible head on that one.
So so pretty! It’s going to be difficult to let ANY of them go!!! ![]()

Deciding which ones to keep will probably take me forever! I’d just want to keep all of them!
Baby #4 is out!
Another hypo blood which a nice amount of pied too!
Odds have been very nice so far too! 4 babies 1 ghost blood, 1 blood and 2 hypo bloods!
Exactly why I do no breed!!! At least corns that is! ![]()
Wow, you’ve really got some seriously GORGEOUS babies!!
They’re going to mature into amazingly stunningly adults. Top quality examples of the morphs.
