My snake arrived injured. The shipping didn’t look like it had too much room to jostle around. The seller sent me a picture the day before and it looked fine, except for a small bump on the nose. He gave me a mini refund for it. But when it arrived it looks deformed. The shipping box had no dents in it.
Its really hard to tell but it looks like there is some discolored build up around the gums, this could indicate an infection or mouth rot, especially with how swollen the front of the face is
If the seller was on Morphmarket I’d definitely report them and contact MM to figure out if you can get a full refund. It looks like that snake has had that issue for a while before you got your hands on it unfortunately, something like that wouldn’t just pop up overnight.
Sorry that happened to you and that the snake isn’t in good condition 
I’d see about getting the snake to a vet appointment to get that looked at and treated.

I’m actually at the vet right now! Wasn’t sure if the jaw was broken or anything. But I’ve never seen anything like this. He has the MM gurantee so I should get a full refund if I decide to return her

I figured. I’m glad you were able to get some help! 
Hopefully its a mild enough case that it will recover with a few rounds of antibiotics, it definitely looked gnarly.

If he was shipped in a deli cup and was pushing, that would explain a small bit of swelling, not the amount that you see here.
For the bump on the nose, how bad was it in the before photo? The bump here is definitely not normal. It looks like this snake may have had a rat bite or some type of injury that became a large abscess and mouth rot.
Very glad you got them to the vet immediately! Would definitely contact MM support with the photos and your vet paperwork.
