I need some help figuring out what this is, I picked him up from the local pet store, they got him because the old owner couldn’t take care of him. At first I thought it was a skink of some sort, but now I think it’s a plated lizard, maybe a ornate plated lizard/ornate gilded lizard. Could use some help on this
It’s only about 6-7 inches long, and atleast 2 years old.

They like it nice and hot with good uv
give them a good depth of substrate for digging
