Just wanted to let everyone know that hes totally fine now. I waited 2 weeks, and have fed him 3 more times since then. Dusted them with nutribac twice just in case and everything is back to normal. Pretty sure it was my hotspot, which was at 96. Now at 88 and he’s also using his middle hide more frequently and not cooking himself. Only basks occasionally especially after eating.

This is plainly false (and was false at the time the quoted post was posted). While not conceptually impossible, I have yet to see a breeder on MM passing off imports as CB Tarahumaras. There’s just too much lineage tracking on this locale, and many breeders of these just aren’t that kind of seller.
In light of the fact that the post this quote came from contains a sales pitch (“next time check to see if we have neos/litters in as you wont have these issues with our animals”), such accusations against other sellers call for very solid evidence.
