If it is genetic stripe then there’s something else going on there. Like maybe lesser and pastel.

Pretty boy either way. Congrats!

Definitely genetic stripe, with what might be pastel and lesser/butter. Not too familiar with g-stripe combos but it is the best guess I have.

Welcome to the community! My bet would be on lesser g stripe no pastel. G stripe is not my specialty though.

I’d also say Lesser G Stripe

Looking at butter and pastel they don’t have the same Colourations. Butter makes them more yellow.
Whereas if you put in lesser g stripe they look exactly like ops.
Maybe only way to prove anything else will be future breeding!

Yes I plan to breed him to my 2000 gram normal

Butter and lesser are the same morph, just different names.

What @ashleyraeanne said.

Same gene. Same behaviour when combined with GStripe too

This looks exactly like him

The head on your animal is darker, as your animal does not have the Hypo in it

I think this plus pinstripe

No Pinstripe. Pin erases the dorsal on GStripe

On looking at some examples I started to doubt myself as well haha … I’m wondering if anything else could be contributing to the stripe being thinner/more pixelated. Could just be variation

Yep, GStripes can vary rather a lot.
