I am a first time breeder so I still have a lot to learn but I have a serious question about one of mine. I paired her with a male the locked and she started building exponentially Glowing/seeking cooler side/lumping. But all of a sudden today it’s been about 2 weekend since I breeder them and she seems to have lost a lot of her weight do you think she lost the follicles?
You could palpate her to feel for them. Is she eating?
As @steelserpents asked- is she eating, she would not go off food especially if she just started bowl wrapping and building until much later. It is possible she did breed and re-absorb for a lot of reasons, temp. Stress, not enough food, or sometimes they just do. Even if everything seems perfect. As long as she is eating good for you and no health issues you can try to pair her again, but the weight loss has me concerned.
