Hello so I have a male retic and today I noticed a bump on him and he’s about 13 foot and it’s about half way down on him on his back it’s about the size of a dime and it’s not hard but it is squashy he still eats like a champ but I’m not sure what it is and would really appreciate it if someone could possibly tell me, sorry I don’t have a photo at the moment but I can get one

Is it in a shed cycle? I’ve noticed one of my retics gets a couple of small bumps along his spine when he’s having a growth spurt.

I can yes but that’s where the bump on mine is it’s on his spin but it’s fluidly it’s weird

Like a small soft tumor but obviously not actually a growth?

I just checked it and it has gone down to almost not even being there in more at this point I’m confused I was going to take a picture but it’s so small now you wouldn’t be able to see it

Feeling fluid-y sounds a bit like an abscess. Not sure why it started to go down tho

I would guess it’s similar to what I’ve seen during growth spurts then.
