Reptile Morph Art Series

Last one for tonight (I also did an aardvark, so I’ve been busy tonight!) a top-down pterodactyl/pteranodon based on a spotnose DG clown BP (Maestro Exotics) - I absolutely wanted a symmetrical pterosaur at some point and I am SO pleased

These are so so SO insanely cool! Every time I think, “Okay, that one is my favorite,” there’s a new one I think I might like better!

The lovely @caryl allowed me to morph her gorgeous corn snake Rabia into a powerful wyvern! Thank you to Caryl for this opportunity!

I’ve also done a Prognathodon tonight, a very beefy mosasaur. Marine reptiles have similar body shapes and IRL would probably be shark-like colors to blend in with their ocean ecosystems, so to keep these designs fresh I’ll be doing unrealistic fish patterns (in this case a Ryukin fancy goldfish).
Also mososaurs are related to modern day monitor lizards, so this fella has a cutie little forked tongue for water sniffin

These are so beautiful!! I absolutely LOVE what you’ve done with the wyvern and Rabia! :confetti_ball: :tada:  :blue_heart: :purple_heart: :sparkling_heart: :heartpulse: :cupid:  :blue_heart: :purple_heart: :sparkling_heart: :heartpulse: Thank you, Claire!

The goldfish theme is really cool, too. And I miss having a goldfish tank! They’re really underrated, imho. (If we ever get moved, I want at least one aquarium again.)
