Despite his silly pose, he just keeps getting prettier and prettier. Remind me again what genes are going on with him? If I ever get a corn snake, I’d want one that looks at least similar to Aurelius. He really is stunning. I especially love the little “eyebrow dots” in his head stamp.

Thank you! Aurelius is a Butter Masque Stripe. He’s got hets and phs, but none which affect visuals. I love Stripes, and Butter Stripes are among my favorites. He’ll keep getting brighter and more yellow as he grows. Those adorable little facial markings are partly due to Masque, partly just family whatzsis. They all have unique facial markings. Sunkissed corns (he’s not Sunkissed) have insane head-stamps. His sire Artephius has produced a lot of babies with a lot of freckles and speckles and spots and dots.
