This is the community side of things so there’s not really much we can recommend from here. It sounds like the seller is being very evasive so you will need them to possibly intervene.
Gonna tag @eaglereptiles just to have an eye out on this as well.

So I know this won’t do any good but have you tried to call this selller? Surely there is a good reason for the crickets but this side of the situation doesn’t sound too promising……
