I got a inquiry on an ad last week. They decided to purchase the animal so I put it ‘on hold’ as the pick up date was today and they hadn’t left my hands yet.
Now that I’m trying to update the ad to sold the buyer’s name isn’t showing in the drop down. If I try to select I sold it to someone else to try to manually put the name in it won’t give me the option.
They’re a new member so I want to make sure they get the seller feedback.
It’s happening on both the desktop and my phone.
