I have a male Harlequin and a female Pinstripe that have bred and the female continues to lay eggs. They have been separated for months and the female continues to lay. I have reduced the light and lowered the temps as much as I can.
How can I get her to stop laying?
And are the babies Harelquin Pinstripes?

A female can lay for several months after being seperated from the male, I would not change her husbandry. Just be patient.

The babies look to be partial pinstripes. I won’t be able to tell if they are harlequins from those pics because the side pattern is not visible.

Looks like the top one is not a harlequin. I still need a different angle to identify the bottom one.
