i believe thats a tremper + bell albino, or dual het, and possibly gen stripe, snow? the pattern im not sure the coloration leads me to dual albino /dual het albino

This is impossible. You cannot breed a Tremper to a bell and hatch an albino. The three lines of Albino are not compatible. You would end up with double hets.
If this was a double het it would look normal and be frowned upon by a majority of the leopard gecko community.

Your gecko looks to be an albino reverse stripe.
It’s impossible to tell the strains of albino apart and as I said above, incompatible. Unless you know the history of this gecko I would avoid breeding them.

you can definitely have double visual albinos and double het albinos. they are recessive and while they arent allelic if you have two copies of both you get double visual.

Without having a shed skin or other source genetic test available I would be extremely suspicious of anyone who claims to have a double visual albino.
There’s no reason to even do that because it will just cause confusion later on when crossed out into other breeder’s pools. Especially if it does turn out to be only het for one of the other.
Unless you are specifically breeding only for research and selling the offspring as pet only it’s not ethical to do that.

This animal is absolutely an albino. You CANNOT have a visual albino in leopard geckos from a single Bell gene and a single Tremper gene because they are INCOMPATIBLE. They would be visually normal, which this gecko is not. In your own words:
