Its actually the heat pit i thougjt it was somthing my self but its just the heat pit

I just wanted to point it out, its good that the swelling has gone down. I was just worried about that spot after noticing it, heat pits should be a really light pink flesh color on the inside and clean of any debris.

Yea ive had her on paper and paper towels since i had her maybe 1 or 2 nights was coco husk but it was getting caught in her mouth when it was swollen real bad but i clean her mouth once a week with chlorhexidine diluted with water. Vet said to shes slowly getting back to normal well in better condition then she was.
