At her current size I would cut right up the centre so you end up with two individual legs. You could also cut at the knees after that and offer as four smaller pieces 
Once she gets larger you can leave them intact

I only suggested this since it is refusing to eat. That’s why I was thinking maybe twice a week was too much. I think the breeder suggested every 5 days? But of course metabolism plays a factor………

My breeder said wait 7 days before feeding again only disturb to refresh water they can go more then 3 weeks without food
