Snakes + Akers (our last name) = Snakers!

In 2017 after a 20+ year hiatus from reptile husbandry, Tom made the mistake of a recommendation for an alternate to boring goldfish pets. The goldfish retired to a better life at grandma’s house. Judah got permission from his mother for his new friend… a Yellowbelly Pastel ball python! Within the year he was asking about breeding and now have a few more!

We’ve been enjoying taking our time & learning more deeply the process of caring for and creating new life with these animals. Our first clutch is posted and a great start! 8 healthy, beautiful and diverse genes. We hope you enjoy them as much as we have!
