Oh my gosh!! Yay for lovable Pineapple!!! Fingers crossed, prayers said.
Turns out Sienna is deep in blue, and it looks like Sylvestris might just be starting as well. Guess I should probably get the incubator set up sooner rather than later!
You’re going to be busy, busy, busy!
Just catching up on this thread. Jess! This is so exciting! Can’t wait to see those eggs!
Is Piña Colada pregnant by Cuddles, the one that got rescued, and then trapped 2 years ago? It looks like he’s made a great recovery!
She was paired with one of my 2023 boys, Sparkler. Unfortunately Cuddles is still not in the best shape and requiring special care. I am hoping if he recovers well enough, he can be paired with a girl next year.
That date on the Cuddles post was 2023? Or is that recent and I mis-remembered the dates?
The original injury was 2023, but he has been having issues since. Last update was just the other day.
Still no eggs from Pineapple, though she has been super active the last week and is now in her lay box. Sienna shed overnight, so she’ll be on lay watch as well, though based on her development I’m kind of expecting slugs if she lays.
Any minute now for Pineapple!
Dang, I have been wondering about Pineapple. I thought surely she’d be laying by now. Come on girls, you can get this done!
As of right now, Pineapple is only 12 days post pre-lay shed, so no worries just yet. Gave Sienna a lay box today. Sylvestris is currently in blue, so just waiting on her to go, next.
For the first time since her shed, Pineapple refused a meal. I suspect we’re quite close. Added some more moss to her lay box so it is extra comfortable.
Oooooh! The anticipation is building!
Yay! Congratulations Jess! Pre Easter Eggs I can’t wait to see what is in them!!!
Excellent!!
So far the count is seven eggs, with several more yet to be laid. All are looking fertile, meaning Zuko did his job well for a youngster!
Yay!!! Congratulations on the eggs! I’m glad Zuko did his job well. Happily awaiting updates.
Yay for Zuko! He may be young but he must be mature!
