I love her color contrast with that soft dove gray and those rusty splotches, what a pretty girl!
Thanks! Yeah, I think the Cinder het is working hard on this one. ![]()
I’m so used to scrolling through your bantam silver and gold mixes, I was completely stunned by your nearly all-white snake. I know of several combos that can create that. What are the genes at play for yours?
She’s a Whiteout, which is Amel + Charcoal + Diffused + Masque. Basically a Blizzard Bloodred. ![]()
We have several anery varieties, and don’t have room for a whole new project, but sometimes I look over the fence at the charcoal morph and I’m convinced the grass is greener ![]()
It feels like Anery is more versatile. Snows can be so colorful and variable, but most Blizzards and combos still look like Blizzards. I do prefer Pewter to Granite usually. ![]()
Well that’s good to know! I’ll keep happily munching my grass on this side of the fence. I do love a pretty salmon snow or ghost.
Hahahaha. Charcoal Palmettos are awesome. ![]()
Duh. Just scrolled up and saw the full line of peppermints and whiteout. I’d forgotten they were part of your collection. Sure do love those peppermint stripes! But that’s back to cinder instead of charcoal…so it’s just as well I stuck with cinder and anery.
I love Charcoal, but that Whiteout is the only homo one I have. I went all in on Cinder myself. ![]()
The whiteout has always been the one charcoal I liked best. Just hard to make room for something I can’t do much else with. I’m going to try for some kind of lavender/caramel/cinder blend with hypo and tessera stripe to see if I can get a nearly-white snake with dark eyes. Wish me luck ![]()
