Ya they are all nice, but those two are amazing. That is some collection of corn snakes you have there! Thanks for the eye candy. :slightly_smiling_face:

Ray is an extreme faster. I don’t brumate, but he stops eating in November, and doesn’t resume until conclusion of breeding season in May. So I just feed him heavier than other males during the half year he eats. After breaking his 174-day fast:

Doesn’t even look thin! But I’m glad he’s back to eating now - I know how annoying and stressful repeated refusals can be. At least you have lots of others that can eat up his refused mice.

Radha the giant Okeetee.

Interesting that Ray fasts for so long and still looks so good. Reptiles have such crazy metabolism.

Radha is humongous! Humongous and beautiful, that is. Like so many people, I first fell in love with an Oketee. It was at an educational event. There’s just something extra special about a nice Oketee.

Yeah, he lost 55g in this fast, but he’ll make that up in two months and add a hundred more probably before he starts the next fast.

Thanks! She’s a textbook Okeetee. Kathy Love line. I really like her.

I am curious. What do you feed Radha? She certainly is an impressive size for a corn!

She alternates between one ~20g adult and one ~35g jumbo monthly. She’s pretty active too. Of course, she didn’t get giant on that schedule. Her weight has plateaued in the last 18 months. She’s a 2020, almost 4.

How big is she? I am asking because I think Leaky broke 600 grams a little bit ago. @noodlehaus just saying I have taken her feedings out to every three weeks and she is still gaining length and weight. She is going to be 2 years old soon.

I am still absolutely floored at how large she is getting. You could actually probably move her feedings out to once a month at this rate, just to try to slow her down a little.

She just weighed 777g empty the other day. Females want to get big, and they will get overweight if you let them. Weight maintenance for males is easy.

I have sort of a maxim about corn pics: slender on the ground, chunky in hand.

Here’s a pic of the 777g Okeetee in her enclosure the other day. Not fat. Just big. She’s never had even a hint of “hips.”

Well I’m here to tell ya, you ain’t got any slouches!!!

Hahaha. I could have a dark closet of slouches that never see a phone camera! But I don’t.

I was supposed to sell this guy (Miami Irregular Stripe het Caramel Shatter) and his Miami sister, but the buyer ghosted me, and now I like him too much to get rid of. Poptart.
