Hello everyone
my name is Avi, a.z_morphs on instegram
I would appreciate some help from the extensive knowledge here regarding the snake hatching I had this month.
The mating was from 2 parents that hatched with me:
female:
pastel, enchi, mojave + het gentic stripe
male:
super pastel, enchi
He was special since hatching and even today he has white markers on the sides of his body - not mixed CALICO or anything similar…
A mix of possibilities came out and it seems that I also proved the father to be a carrier for the gentic stripe !
One came out that meets the show’s specifications, as well as it seems to have Super Pastel, Mojave, Enchi or Super Enchi ?
And the second offspring is also strange except for a black dark stripe in the pupil Do you recognize anything from the genetics Stripe? I’d love to know
I’d love to see pictures of similar combinations… Is The Star the world’s first combo ?
We really need to see the color after they have the first shed. Baby ball pythons don’t fully color up until afterwards.
You would not have a world’s first. I actually have a pastel super enchi Mojave het hypo I’m selling as a proven breeder…and all of these genes are very common.
Edit: 2 super pastel super enchi Mojave BPs have previously been sold on MM, so that can give you a second guess on IDs as well.
Also, I don’t see calico in your adult snakes. These genes do have the tendency to wipe out the color on the sides.a bit. Here’s the mom I mentioned and you can see how wild her side pattern gets.
