Over the past few months our friend Ryan Reed’s son, Slate, has been diagnosed with Duchenne muscular dystrophy.
This is a genetic disorder characterized by progressive muscle degeneration that can lead to major heart problems and respiratory failure. According to the Muscular Dystrophy Association, in Europe and North America, the prevalence of DMD is approximately 6 in 100,000 individuals. Were hopeful that with advancements in research and medicine, a solution to this horrible disease may be found. Currently, the Reed Family are making regular 10+ hour trips to Duke University to see doctors who specialize in DMD.
This raffle is to help support our community friend and his family during this trying time.

First some rules:

- Slots are first come, first serve.
- Winners are chosen at random by a random number picker.
- We do our best to verify that any donors that donate animals to these raffles are 100% legit and that the animals won are healthy and issue free. IF there are issues with an animal won in a raffle we at THN are not responsible. Since we’re doing our best to vet donors we hope that this won’t be an issue.
- If shipping is not covered by ReptilesExpress the donor decides whether shipping is paid for by the donor, by the winner, or split.

- Any raffle items that are cigar related require that the slot buyer be 21, no exceptions.
