Thats what worries me she normally only sheds every 3ish months her last was 31st May so only 23 days ago

It’s normal for egg laying females to have a pre-lay and post-lay shed, even if they shed more infrequently the rest of the year.

She had her post lay shed 10 days after laying her eggs and then shed again 20 days after that
We have made our baby rack out of an ikea billy bookcase, heat cable and 3ltr braplast tubs
And i have a reptile shop i got one of my hognoses from that will take some of the babies 
I really wish I could keep one but not got the space for another 4×2×2
Hubby and me build our daughters bullsnake a 5×2×2 today probably not the smartest idea in this heat it reached over 46c but i bet she’ll love it shes 1 next month and almost 3ft

On day 42 of incubation seen movement in several eggs when I candled them when I cleaned the mold off the dodgy egg
Its worse but still has good viens as do all the other babies
I also have 1 egg thats so much smaller than the rest do runts normally make it?
Iv been looking at others post with babies and eggs and they say about the eggs sweeting and dipling in when does this start and how likely is it to happen?

Yes. Smaller eggs usually mean smaller babies, but smaller doesn’t necessarily mean unhealthy. Just smaller. I was just looking at records from one who hatched here a couple years ago from a very small egg. He just shed so I was looking at his old pics. He was 2.9 g at hatching. This is him, today and back when he hatched.
Bitty babies need smaller meals, possibly something like only the head of a day-old pinky. They do sometimes hatch with less reserves. I feed little ones every 5-6 days if they’ll eat voluntarily until they’re over 6 g or so. They generally catch up and do just fine.
I’m usually more concerned about ones who hatch with smaller from more normally sized eggs. That suggests that there may be something else going on.

If these things happen, they don’t normally begin until the final week or so of incubation. You’ll get a different answer from almost everyone at to how likely these indicators are to show up in your clutch. It just depends so heavily on your eggs’ environs that it’s impossible to generalize.
In my experience, sweating is a bit more likely than denting. Neither is really common in my collection. For example, I have a clutch pipping now. A few days before hatching there was a very mild amount of sweating on perhaps 4-6 of the 16 eggs. One single egg developed a very tiny dent within 12 hours before the first pip (which wasn’t even from the dented egg ). I’ve had random clutches which dented or sweated a lot more, but most don’t really do either. Others have very different experiences.
That’s not a very helpful answer, I’m afraid. To sum and restatement, you may not see either of these indicators. If you do, you’re probably within a week of the first pip.

Day 46 today were having another heatwave in the uk and iv had to t take the eggs out the incubator as unfortunately its just not cooling down in there and put them next to me to try cool them down as higher than id like

I try to make sure mine don’t get warmer than that (28C / 82F). Fingers crossed!

The incubator was set to 28 but was getting close to 29 which is why I took them out there sitting around 28.5 to 28.8 in my living room unfortunately thats the coolest place I can find
It goes down at night but during the day its just unbearable
Uk homes are rubbish at staying cool in summer there build for rain and cold weather 
Im hoping because its still under 85 they will be ok 3

Also 2 of my baby hognoses (7.8g at 5/6 weeks and 13g at 8 months came to me in these so thats what i got for the baby rack but are the air holes ok for baby corn snakes ?

I don’t think a runt corn hatchling could get through that hole.

Looks too small for escapees. You’re right to check. They are masters at pushing through spaces one wouldn’t necessarily think they could get through.
My personal test is to take a sharpened pencil and poke it into the hole I’m wondering about. If it goes further than about 1/4" I take steps to plug that hole. Hot glue works admirably.
