Through the years I’ve had those large eggs you would think twins would come out of, Ive had eggs I’ve candled that seemingly had 2 snakes swimming… but it wasn’t until this year, 20 years in I saw something peculiar in my incubator box… a 35gram Gravel Het Pied, intrigued by his half size I didn’t think much of it besides wonder until I looked into the pipped egg to find another Gravel Het Pied, his sister in the bottom of the egg… what a surprise to have 2 perfect but small specimens with the combined weight of ~5 grams over clutch average sharing the shell… a bakers dozen out of 12 eggs!
