Im setting up a temporary tank for gringo my young cwd for a few months just to stop him hiding and monitor what hes eating and just give him a bit of help get him growing a bit faster and break him being so skittish, i know the viv is 2 small but just temporary so hes less places to hide really and will be basking a lot more, im gona arrange the viv the mara to give him shaded parts too, temps r perfect ive just got it out of the shed and let it run for few hours and keep checking with temp gun, so gona give it a clean tomorrow and arrange it a bit better and it will be going on top of my frilled dragon viv in livinroom so it will eventually get used to seing us walking about an not feeling the need to run an hide and not have the stress from being chased by my adult females, so hopefully i can get him growing on a bit, and i know that’s near the complete opposite of what a cwd tank setup should be like but i have no room for the grow tent and he would hide in that to even if i did so its basically just to monitor him better for a while, as longs the temp n humidity ok i think should be ok for while an gona gradually start handling him more when he settles into it

He is showing his most adorable pose in the last picture! That set up looks fabulous!
Edit to add: don’t apologize for the temporary tank! Just consider him in “quarantine” to get away from the big ole mean girls”! . You are doing what is best for him because you are a good lizard dad to Gringo!
