Anyone have experience with conjoined eggs?

So while going through and changing out everyone’s water last night came across the above bundle of joy, about a week early.

Everyone has string veins, including the one she left out in the upper right. Just curious how many have had similar eggs laid, and what your experience has been when this happens.

I do not have first-hand experience but I know someone that hatched animals from a pair like this. There was an internal wall separating the embryos from one another so developed like normal.
